Shipping Policy

All domestic orders within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, have free ground shipping via UPS (F.O.B. destination). For expedited shipping, such as by air, we require your parcel carrier account information. Please note that UPS is the only carrier that provides a daily pickup at our East Peoria, IL warehouse.

For international orders that can ship in an envelope or carton(s), please provide your preferred carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL) account information during the checkout process. Please note that any import taxes and duties on all international orders, will be the customer's responsibility. As such, we require your local Tax ID# for this purpose. For shipments that require us to use a pallet (approximately 150 lbs. or more), we arrange for a warehouse pickup at our East Peoria, IL warehouse or in some instances, at our China factory in ChangAn Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, PRC 523841. If additional information is required to coordinate this shipment, we will communicate with you at the appropriate time(s).

Unfortunately, Robertson does not have the ability to ship to a P.O. Box. We must have a physical street address to complete your shipment.
